About ‘HanuMan’
Set in the fictional village of Anjanadri, ‘HanuMan’ marks the beginning of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). The film follows the journey of Hanumanthu, who is endowed with divine powers by Lord Hanuman to safeguard the villagers. His path crosses with Michael, a villainous character, following an encounter with a mystical gem.
The project was officially announced in May 2021, with principal photography commencing on June 25, 2021, in Hyderabad and wrapping up by mid-April 2023. The film features music composed by GowraHari.
