Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov took to Telegram to report the devastation inflicted by drone strikes in his region. “It’s shaping up to be a difficult morning,” lamented Gladkov, revealing the loss of one civilian life and injuries sustained by two others in the wake of the attacks. Meanwhile, in the Samara region, Governor Dmitry Azarov issued a statement detailing the onslaught of “several drone attacks” targeting local oil refineries.
