Elon Musk Leaning Away from Biden for 2024 US Elections

New York: SpaceX CEO Elon Musk recently revealed his inclination away from incumbent President Joe Biden for the 2024 US elections during an interview with former CNN presenter Don Lemon.

In the yet-to-be-aired episode of “The Don Lemon Show”, Musk clarified that he has no intention of funding any presidential candidates’ campaigns. Despite a recent encounter with Republican presidential contender Donald Trump, Musk stated that he will not be financially supporting Trump’s campaign or legal expenses.

During the interview, Lemon questioned Musk about his meeting with Trump, to which Musk responded that Trump did most of the talking during a breakfast gathering at a friend’s place. Musk emphasized that no solicitation for funds occurred during the meeting.

When Lemon asked if Musk was leaning towards any candidate, Musk humorously replied, “I’m leaning away from Biden.”

This revelation comes after Musk’s unexpected cancellation of “The Don Lemon Show” partnership, which occurred shortly after his interview with Lemon. Musk cited differences in approach, stating that Lemon’s format resembled “CNN, but on social media,” which he deemed ineffective.

Despite the cancellation, Lemon plans to release the interview with Musk on YouTube and via podcast.

In past political remarks, Musk has urged Americans to elect a Republican Congress during the 2022 midterm elections to balance the power of Biden’s Democrats. He has also accused Biden of encouraging migrants to enter the US to secure votes for Democrats.
