South Korean actress and singer Kim Yoon Ji, known by her stage name NS Yoon-G, recently revealed that she made more money from her debut Hollywood movie for streaming giant Netflix than she earned during her entire eight-year career as a singer.

During the interview, Kim Yoon Ji shared insights about her role as the key hacker in the Netflix film ‘Lift’. Contrary to expectations, she highlighted that her part in the movie was more significant than many had assumed, with numerous scenes showcasing her talent.
Addressing questions about her earnings from the film, Kim Yoon Ji coyly mentioned that, as it was her debut movie, she couldn’t divulge specific details. However, she hinted at the substantial sum she received, emphasizing that it exceeded her earnings as a singer over the course of eight years. She also noted the favorable exchange rate, which further boosted her earnings.
Interestingly, the initials “NS” in Kim Yoon Ji’s stage name originally stood for “New Spirit” but were later changed to “New Star,” reflecting her evolving career trajectory and newfound success in Hollywood.
