PM Modi’s Job Boost: Over 100,000 Appointment Letters Distributed at Rozgar Mela

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the substantial increase in job opportunities under his government during a Rozgar Mela event where he distributed over 1 lakh appointment letters to new recruits. He stated that his government has provided 1.5 times more jobs in its 10-year tenure compared to the previous administration.

Addressing the inefficiencies of past recruitment processes, PM Modi criticized the lengthy procedures that often led to corruption. He highlighted his government’s commitment to transparency and efficiency in recruitment, ensuring timely selection processes.

PM Modi underscored the importance of equal opportunities for all youngsters, emphasizing that hard work and talent are key factors for success in the government system.

Highlighting the government’s initiatives, PM Modi mentioned schemes such as rooftop solar power for one crore homes and substantial investments in infrastructure, which have generated numerous job opportunities. He noted India’s thriving start-up ecosystem, with over 1.25 lakh start-ups contributing to job creation, even in smaller cities.

PM Modi outlined the government’s support for start-ups, including tax rebates and a ₹1 lakh crore fund for research and innovation. He criticized previous governments for neglecting the railway sector, emphasizing the ongoing transformation efforts to meet the expectations of common citizens.

During the event, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone of phase I of the integrated complex “Karmayogi Bhavan”, aimed at promoting collaboration and synergy among various sectors under ‘Mission Karmayogi’.

The new recruits will join various ministries and departments, marking a significant step towards empowering youth and boosting employment opportunities across the country.
