Jerusalem: Israel’s military successfully intercepted a missile early Wednesday that was launched from Yemen and crossed into Israeli territory, according to an official army statement. The incident triggered sirens in the area, alerting residents to the potential danger of falling shrapnel from the interception.

“For the fifth time in a week, millions of Israelis were sent to shelters as Houthi terrorists in Yemen launched a missile attack,” the Israeli military posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
