The Astra Telegram channel, associated with the opposition, circulated numerous images and videos sourced from social media, providing a glimpse into the scale of the conflagration and the frantic efforts to contain it.

Experts weigh in, indicating that this strike forms part of Ukraine’s broader strategy to undermine Russia’s oil refining capacity. The consequent decline in refinery output is anticipated to impede Russian oil exports, already causing a surge in fuel prices within the domestic market.
