Amazon MGM Brings Back Keanu & Sandra for Untitled Romance-Thriller

The untitled project marks their third collaboration after the cult action hit Speed (1994) and the emotionally resonant The Lake House (2006), rekindling the onscreen chemistry that fans have cherished for decades.

Los Angeles – Two of Hollywood’s most beloved stars, Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, are reuniting on-screen for a new romantic thriller being developed by Amazon MGM Studios. The untitled project marks their third collaboration after the cult action hit Speed (1994) and the emotionally resonant The Lake House (2006), rekindling the onscreen chemistry that fans have cherished for decades.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the project is being kept tightly under wraps, with plot details currently undisclosed. However, insiders at the studio describe the film as “propulsive”, suggesting an intense, fast-paced narrative that blends emotional depth with thrilling momentum.

The movie will not only see Reeves and Bullock sharing the screen once again but also stepping into production roles. Bullock is producing under her banner Fortis Films, while Reeves joins the production team alongside Gordon and Bibby Dunn of The Mark Gordon Company. Alex Oppenheim and Sarah Bremner will also produce via Prologue Entertainment.

The reunion of Reeves and Bullock is already generating buzz among fans and the film industry alike, sparking excitement for what promises to be a high-profile, emotionally charged cinematic experience. With two prior collaborations that balanced heart and action, expectations are high for this new venture that may redefine the romantic thriller genre.

As Amazon MGM Studios continues to invest in star-driven, genre-blending features, this untitled film stands out as one of the most anticipated projects in development.
