New York: Elon Musk announced on Saturday that he plans to visit India later this year, shortly after a conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi focused on opportunities for collaboration in technology and innovation. A day earlier, Prime Minister Modi confirmed that he had spoken to Musk, emphasizing their continued dialogue on key areas of mutual interest. Their latest interaction follows an in-person meeting in Washington DC in 2023.
“Spoke to @elonmusk and talked about various issues, including the topics we covered during our meeting in Washington DC earlier this year. We discussed the immense potential for collaboration in the areas of technology and innovation,” Modi posted on X.
He further added, “India remains committed to advancing our partnerships with the US in these domains.”
