According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, Google has extended its lease at the First International Financial Center (FIFC) in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC)—Mumbai’s premier business district.
BKC is a prime hub for the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector and houses major multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and leading financial institutions. Its strategic location offers excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, international airport, and upcoming metro lines, making it one of Mumbai’s most sought-after commercial destinations.

- Office Space: 1,10,980 sq. ft. (~10,310 sq. m)
- Monthly Rent: ₹3.55 crore
- Rent per Sq. Ft.: ₹320 per month
- Lease Term: 5 years (starting June 2025)
- Rent Escalation: 15% increase after 36 months
- Security Deposit: ₹9.64 crore
