New York/Kyiv: A senior officer from North Korea’s Korean People’s Army (KPA) has reportedly sustained injuries in a Ukrainian strike on Russia’s Kursk region, according to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ). This marks the first verified instance of a high-ranking North Korean military figure being wounded in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, as reported by unnamed Western officials cited by WSJ.
