Kyiv: A Russian missile strike targeted residential areas and a medical facility in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Friday evening, resulting in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to at least nine others, according to regional governor Serhiy Lysak.
In a message on the Telegram app, Lysak reported that among the injured were an eight-year-old girl and a teenage boy. Eyewitness accounts indicated that multiple strikes occurred in various locations throughout the city.
According to local sources, rescue operations are underway in Dnipro. Currently, three people have been confirmed dead, and 14 others have been injured, including four children.
Lysak noted that a two-story building was partially destroyed, and one individual may still be trapped beneath the rubble. In total, a medical facility and four apartment buildings sustained damage from the attack.
Images shared online depicted residents and rescue teams working amidst the debris of shattered homes and the damaged medical facility, highlighting the severe impact of the missile strikes on the local community.

At 00:10, an air alert was declared in Kyiv and several other regions, which was lifted at 01:15. Another alert was announced at 20:55 in Kyiv, prompted by the threat of strike drones.
Kyiv’s mayor, Vitalii Klychko, reported that one person has died in the city due to an enemy UAV strike.
On October 25, Ukraine issued an air alert following the launch of a Russian MiG-31K fighter jet carrying Kinzhal missiles. By 11:57, the Ukrainian Air Force announced that the missile threat had been canceled.

Local media reported that in the past 24 hours, the enemy conducted a missile strike with one missile, carried out 70 airstrikes using 106 guided aerial bombs, launched over 600 kamikaze drone attacks, and executed approximately 3,000 shelling incidents against our positions and settlements using various types of weaponry.
Additionally, explosions were reported in Zaporizhzhia during the air alert, further heightening concerns about the ongoing threat to civilian safety in the region.
