Russia’s Missile Strikes on Odesa Ships Denounced as Terrorist Acts by Ukraine

Ukraine, a key global grain supplier, warns that these actions threaten its economy and global food supply stability.

Kyiv: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha on Monday strongly condemned Russian missile attacks on two vessels in Ukraine’s southern ports, labeling the strikes as part of a “deliberate terrorist tactic”.

“In just two days, Russian ballistic attacks damaged two civilian cargo vessels in Odesa,” Sybiha wrote on X (formerly Twitter). He added, “This is a deliberate terrorist tactic. We must join forces of all responsible states and organizations to…ensure freedom of navigation in the Black Sea and global food security.”
