A terror attack at Beersheba’s central bus station has left 1 Killed and 8 people injured, including a 20-year-old woman in critical condition and another victim in moderate-to-serious condition. The attacker reportedly used both a firearm and a knife to assault bystanders before being shot dead at the scene.
Magen David Adom emergency responders treated the critically injured woman at the scene, while the other eight victims were transported to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. Among them, four are reported to be in moderate condition, one in mild condition, and three with light injuries.
Rocket Salvo and Drone Attack Launched from Lebanon at Northern Israel
Shortly after the Beersheba attack, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported a barrage of 25 rockets and several drones fired from Lebanon toward Israel’s northern regions. Air defense systems intercepted some of the rockets aimed at the Western and Upper Galilee, while others struck the area. The IDF also confirmed the interception of several drones over the Western Galilee.
