Kyiv: A Russian hacker group, EvilWeb, has leaked sensitive data from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), raising serious concerns about the agency’s cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

Sensitive Information Leaked

EvilWeb announced the breach through their Telegram channel, claiming months of effort to infiltrate all divisions of the SBU. According to Russian media outlets like URA, the hackers boasted about accessing various sensitive data, exposing critical flaws within the Ukrainian security apparatus.

The leaked information includes databases, encryption keys, IP addresses, emails, and server networks. Most alarmingly, the hackers have made the names, contact details, and social media profiles of SBU employees publicly accessible. EvilWeb is reportedly selling this confidential information about SBU agents for $400,000, further intensifying the risks posed by the breach.
