Baramulla: Three terrorists were killed on the morning of September 14 following an overnight encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, according to a police statement provided to PTI.
The confrontation began late Friday night when security forces initiated a cordon-and-search operation in Chak Tapper Kreeri, located in the Pattan area of north Kashmir. The operation intensified into an armed clash after the terrorists fired upon the search party. In response, the security forces engaged in a firefight that lasted throughout the night.
By morning, the exchange of gunfire resulted in the deaths of three terrorists. Authorities are currently working to determine their identities and group affiliations.

Modi’s visit includes a major rally in Doda district, an event anticipated with heightened security measures. This visit marks the first time a Prime Minister has visited Doda in 42 years.
