Both transactions occurred on Wednesday, July 24, Lopez’s birthday. Affleck, 51, purchased the 5-bedroom L.A. estate days after he and Lopez, 55, publicly listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million on Thursday, July 11. The couple, who purchased the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home for $60.85 million in May 2023, initially attempted to sell the property off-market.
