Accompanied by First Lady Jill Biden, President Biden addressed the assembled crowd, which included family members Hunter Biden, Maisy Biden, and Naomi Biden. The atmosphere was festive, with staffers enjoying ice cream— a nod to the President’s well-known love for the treat.
