Young British Royals Express Love for ‘Papa’ in Heartfelt Father’s Day Message

London: The three young children of British heir-to-the-throne Prince William and his wife Kate marked Father’s Day with a touching message and photograph on Sunday, proclaiming “We love you, Papa.”

The photograph captures Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, embracing William on a beach, captured from behind as they gaze out to sea. The accompanying caption, taken by Kate, reads: “We love you, Papa. Happy Father’s Day,” accompanied by two red hearts and G, C & L.

The release of the photo follows Kate’s recent public appearance, her first since revealing she is undergoing cancer treatment. The Princess of Wales, 42, joined William, the children, King Charles, and other royal family members on the balcony of Buckingham Palace after attending a military parade marking the monarch’s official birthday.

Kate underwent significant abdominal surgery in January, followed by a two-week hospital stay. In a subsequent video message two months later, she disclosed undergoing preventative chemotherapy after tests confirmed cancer.

While still undergoing treatment, Kate noted progress in a Friday statement, enabling her attendance at the “Trooping the Colour” event, albeit cautioning that challenges remain.
