Kolkata: Popular Television Actor Ranojoy Bishnu has been chosen for this year’s ‘Starlight Ananya Samman’. As per confirmation from renowned actor, philanthropist, and active political enthusiast Payel Sarkar, Producer and Organiser of this mega event, Bishnu is set to receive the ‘Best Television Actor’ Award.
Talking about Bishnu’s acting career, he is an Indian actor who mainly works in the Bengali and Hindi film industry. He is very popular among Bengali audiences for his work in television serials. He has been a part of the entertainment industry for the last 14 years. Some of his prominent projects include Vidhan, Main Mulayam Singh Yadav, Aghaat, Jaalbandi, Unboxed, Shororipu 2, Guddi, Kon Gopone Mon Bhesheche, and Bonbibi.

For his superb performance in ‘Kon Gopone Mon Bhesheche’, Bishnu has been chosen for the ‘Best Television Actor’ award at “Starlight Ananya Samman 2024”, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 15th, at the Rabindra Tirtha Auditorium Hall in Rajarhat – Newtown, where luminaries from the Bengali film and television industry will be felicitated. This marks the third year of this mega event, with sponsorship provided by Sudarshan Maity, owner of Executive Furniture.
