Texas: Selena Gomez, the renowned actor-singer, reflects on her four-year hiatus from Instagram, citing it as a pivotal decision for her mental well-being.
As the most followed woman on the platform with 429 million followers, Gomez’s departure from social media marked a significant shift. “I took four years off of Instagram and I let my team post for me. I felt like it was the most rewarding gift I gave myself. I was more present. I was happier,” she shared during a recent appearance at the 2024 TIME 100 Summit.
