The decision to undergo this specialized training comes at a pivotal moment for Sweden, as it recently joined the NATO military alliance in March. The move followed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, prompting Sweden to reassess its national security policies and strengthen its defense capabilities.

As Crown Princess Victoria takes this significant step towards furthering her military education, it signals her dedication to fulfilling her future role as a leader and protector of the nation.
