Mumbai: Actor and supermodel Dino Morea is all set to join the cast of the second season of the thriller web series ‘Rana Naidu’ in the role of a police officer.
After a nearly decade-long hiatus from the film industry, Morea made a comeback to the screen with the web series “The Empire,” portraying a villain, following his digital platform debut in “Mentalhood”.
Directed by Karan Anshuman, ‘Rana Naidu Season 2’ promises to deliver another gripping installment to fans of the series.
The first season of ‘Rana Naidu’ marked the OTT debut of Tollywood’s esteemed star Venkatesh Duggabati and premiered on Netflix in March, quickly gaining popularity among viewers.

The storyline of the first season revolves around Rana Naidu (Rana Duggabati), known as the “fixer of stars” for handling all of Bollywood’s problems. However, he soon realizes that the one mess he cannot clean up is his own, especially after his father is released from prison. ‘Rana Naidu’ is the Indian adaptation of the American crime drama series ‘Ray Donovan,’ produced by Ann Biderman.
Filming for the second season of ‘Rana Naidu’ commenced on March 25, 2024. However, the release date for the new season is yet to be announced.
The first season featured a stellar cast including Suvreen Chawla, Priya Banerjee, Flora Saini, Rana Duggabati, and Venkatesh Duggabati.
