Mumbai: The much-awaited screen adaptation of Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial ‘Ramayana’ is set to feature Ranbir Kapoor in the iconic role of Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi portraying Sita. In an exclusive update, renowned media outlet Zoom TV has learned that the filming for this highly anticipated movie will commence today, April 2, 2024, in Mumbai.

Alongside Ranbir, the stellar cast includes Sai Pallavi as Sita and the renowned KGF actor Yash as Ravan.
Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayana Shoot Commences Today
An insider revealed, “The shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious film has commenced today. Everything is in place, and the necessary arrangements have been finalized. The cast is nearly set in stone.”
Following the Mumbai leg of the shoot, the production will move to London to film the sequences set in Lanka. This international shoot is expected to span approximately 60 days, during which Ranbir Kapoor will be joined by Yash.
