New York: According to sources familiar with the matter, Apple Inc. is reportedly in discussions to incorporate Google’s Gemini artificial intelligence engine into the iPhone, as per a Bloomberg News report on Monday. The report also reveals that Apple has recently engaged in talks with OpenAI and contemplated leveraging its model for potential use.
Bloomberg states that Apple and Google are actively negotiating to potentially license Gemini, Google’s suite of generative AI models, to introduce new features within the iPhone’s software later this year.

However, as per the report, the terms and branding of such an AI agreement have yet to be finalized, and the implementation method remains undecided.
