The stormy weather also wreaked havoc on flight operations in the UAE, resulting in cancellations, diversions, and delays. Flydubai was forced to cancel inbound flights and divert others, while the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai suspended all marine transport services. Motorists were urged to exercise extreme caution on waterlogged roads, with Dubai Police issuing advisories to that effect.

Residents were encouraged to remain indoors unless absolutely necessary, with the RTA mobilizing teams to manage traffic disruptions. Additionally, the NCM cautioned against venturing outdoors for individuals with dust allergies, citing the potential for blowing dust and sand due to moderate winds.

Weather forecasts indicated a continuation of partly cloudy skies across the UAE, with intermittent light to moderate rainfall expected, particularly in Eastern and Southern regions. Temperature variations were also forecasted, with coastal areas experiencing highs between 23 to 27°C, while mountainous regions recorded slightly lower temperatures ranging from 22 to 26°C.

Moderate humidity levels were anticipated, ranging from 60 to 85 per cent in coastal areas and 45 to 80 per cent in mountainous regions. Sea conditions were forecasted to be slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea, cautioning maritime activities amidst the turbulent weather conditions.
