JEE Main 2024 Results: 23 Students Achieve Perfect 100 NTA Score

Telangana led with 7 perfect scorers, followed by Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Haryana, each contributing 3, 3, 3, and 2 achievers, respectively.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2024 session 1 exams, revealing that 23 students secured a flawless 100 NTA score. Among these achievers, 19 hail from the general category, while four are from Other Backward Classes (OBC). Additionally, two candidates from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), one from the Scheduled Caste (SC), and one from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories achieved an impressive 99.99 NTA score.

The JEE Main 2024 session 1 exams were conducted on various dates between January 27 and February 1 for Paper 1, and on January 24 for Paper 2. A total of 12 lakh students registered for both papers, with 11.70 lakh candidates participating in the tests.

Students who appeared for the session 1 exam can access their results on the official website of JEE Mains, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The top-performing students hailed from various Indian states, with Telangana leading the tally with 7 perfect scorers, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 3, and Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Haryana each contributing 3, 3, and 2 achievers, respectively. Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Gujarat each had 2, 1, 1, and 1 students scoring a perfect 100, respectively.

The JEE Main 2024 Examination was conducted in multiple languages and across various locations globally, including several cities in India and international destinations such as Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Oslo, for the first time.

With the release of the JEE Main results, successful candidates can now prepare to apply for the JEE Advanced exams, with registrations expected to commence in April 2024.
